LATE STATEMENTS OR NO STATEMENTS

I requested FNB Card Division to e-mail my credit card statements to me to expedite their receipt so that payments are made timeously each month. Unfortunately this request has not been adhered to and from time to time my statements are never received. I would e-mail the card division, receive an automated response saying a consultant will be in touch and then nothing further. Each month my credit is paid up in full. I do not carry over balances nor pay just the minimum amounts! I think FNB needs to employ people who are efficient and who can resolve customer queries / disputes.

I never received a statement last month. I even sent an e-mail saying so, but still nothing. This morning i receive a statement and am charged interest for not making a payment on the previous statement!!! I have since made payment and e-mailed and asked that they reverse the interest debit as this is due to no fault of mine! Still no response.

Come on FNB is this what you call customer service? I have been a customer of your bank for donkeys years but am seriously considering moving elsewhere.
