Pathetic Service from ABSA Sinoville

I went to ABSA Sinoville to do 2 things,
1 Reinvest my Investment which expires on 23 March 2013
2 To update my personal details (my surname and address)
I was helped quickly by a lady at enquiries. Just to be informed that I cannot reinvest my investment now because it only expires on the 23rd. Although the letter I received from Absa clearly states that I must reinvest my investment BEFORE the 23rd.
Secondly, she informed me that my marriage certificate it not valid and not good enough. I must have a printed certificate with a stamp from the department of home affairs. Which we dont have! Why is it that that same certificate is good enough for other instances but not ABSA??
B.t.w, our home loan is registered with ABSA - the certificate was good enough to loan R1, 000 000, but not good enough to update my details! My address could also not be updated because the W&L acc is on my married surname (the cert was good enough for Tshwane Municipality). So you would rather have my old info and address where I do not stay anymore than have my new details. As I was leaving, the lady flicked her tongue at me!
This is pathetic and I'm strongly considering it to change to another bank
