Claim no 2279920. The incident happened in Nov 2012, a bakkie crashed through my precast wall. The repairs were done by an inexperienced contractor. I complained several times that the wall is not straight and that the rubble is still on my pavement, 4 MONTHS after the repairs were done.
I have not had any response from ABSA, Florida branch, despite numerous calls and promises to rectify the wall and remove the rubble. They have not phoned me once to give me feedback or an update on the issue. I have to do all the phoning and follow-ups. This is the worst service that I have ever had from any insurance company - by far!!
