Once again, such poor service form FNB home-loans!

Hello Celeste

Once Again, I'm very annoyed with FNB!
I'm still busy with this homeloan process and it is going on since 21 Jan 2013!

I got a final grant from FNB but I wasn't happy with the interest rate! I'm switching my home bond from ABSA because all my other bank services is with FNB, but the service on your homeloan side is actually very shocking to be honest!

Every-time I'm told that they will get back to me with a business day and then eventually I have to call to get clarity on where in the process the application is.

On Monday morning, I struggled to get through to FNB Homeloans by phone, then I emailed my premier banker who helped me... and He just simply said that he cannot help me I should call Homeloans! So, eventually I got in my Car and drove to my nearest branch, which was alos a complete waste of time, because they cant access my application and they had to call the Homeloan division... I was then instructed to mail FNB homeloan pricing and they woul have got back o me with 24 hours.
I have sent FNB Homeloan Pricing a mail on Monday morning 11 March and still haven't heard anything from them!

This is absolutely ridiculous!
