Miway sent my cellphone to a company that cant fix

I contacted Miway in January regarding the repair of my Blackberry cellphone. The screen on my cell phone was cracked. The screen and touchscreen was. My cell phone was collected and repaired and returned by Smartlad. Within a few hours the screen went blank. Vodacom looked at my phone and told me that an unauthorised company had worked it and put a GENERIC screen on. Vodacom quoted R1200 for a new screen. How can miway send my cell phone to a company that is not authorised to work on my cellphone!! Now my cell phone is no longer covered by the warranty, What kind of Company is Smartlab when they put a GENERIC screen on my phone and then charge R1300.00 when Vodacom quoted R1200.00 (A R100 cheaper) to put a proper screen on. Smartlab repaired my phone again. On return of my the touch screen did not work. Smartlab collected my phone 2 weeks ago and now told me they can't fix my phone and Miway not covering any more work! If miway had sent my cellphone to a reputable company such as Vodacom in the first place all of this would have been avoided and you would have saved R100.000. I do not accept that my cell phone is not going to be fixed!
