My Capitec loan which was being paid via a payment distribution agency (CPE). In January 2013 I called Capitec advising them that I would like to settle the account in the spirit of good faith. I then discovered I now have 2 loans instead of one, Capitec's representative gave me vertex number whom I contacted and they advised me of a balance owed which I disputed as I know that I have been paying via CPE over and above that I e-mailed my payment records to Capitec [Email Removed] for these payments to be allocated so that I can be given the correct balance on this account. I was then e-mailed by Celeste Williams from Capitec who then advised of a settlement amount which still didn't show allocations for payments made via CPE, I have been contacting and e-mailing her including Lauren from Vertex but no one is getting back to me regarding my query to date. I have exhausted all avenues trying to have this matter sorted, it would seem like no one is interested in helping me settle this matter.
