I reported a cellphone claim on the 04/03/2013 to Fnb insurance brokers underwritten by santam. I was advised that i would receive a call within 24 hours from santam in our order to finalise the details of my claim.
I never received the call bit instead received and email on the 12/03/2013 with no information, just a request for ITC blacklist number which i sent. To date my cellphone claim has not been finalised, since i reported it 10 days ago. I am sick of waiting. This is beyond ridiculous. Santam tag line is insurance done good and proper, well for me this is a flop..
