I got a cheaper quote from Miway and I decided to cancel my existing cover with Outsurance. Upon cancelling my policy I was assisted by Johann Human. He enquired if I had received my policy documents from Miway yet. I related that they had not been received and he suggested that I wait for the documents before cancelling my current cover. He also requested that I send a copy of the policy so that he could compare the cover. I had hassles in obtaining policy documents with Miway, when I finally did, there were a number of discrepancies with regard to the info captured such as when my licence was issued, vehicle registration, security measures and where I kept my vehicle. That would result in material prejudice on my part upon making a claim. I requested that the information be corrected by Miway. This was done and resulted in a higher premium and information still not correctly captured. Johann was constantly in contact with me during the entire process. Although Outsurance were still not able to beat the Miway premium, I still decided to continue my cover with Outsurance based on the faultless service and going the extra mile.
