I have taken a loan with marven finance on the 14/05/2012. Due to job hunting my loan account went behind and was handed over. i have contacted Marven to get an update on the balance i owe on my loan account and i was referred to there lawyer thats handling the account which is FERNANDES & SOLMS ATTORNEYS.
I immediately contacted them to obtain a settlement amount early January 2013. I have spoken to CHERILYNNE, i paid the full settlement amount provided to me at nedbank with the reference number and account details that was given, i contacted them back on the same day the 28/01/2013 and Cherrilyn confirmed that the payment was received, i requested for a clearance/paid up letter and did not receive anything yet. I then requested an updated credit report from transunion and saw a judgement was noted on my name the 29/01/2013. I have contacted the attorney and Marven finance to provide me with a clearance letter and to remove the Judgement on my name but no one is willing to assist, they have been giving me the run around, i need that judgement to be removed and my clearance letter to be given to me ASAP, this messing with my life and its unacceptable. Please help me.
