No FEEDBACK and or UPDATE

Hi,
About two weeks ago I applied for a smartphone via my FNB online banking. I received a call from then last week Monday, and I gave the person all my details and information they required, they then told me that I have to wait 10 days for my device to be delivered. Yesterday i received two sms'es, one asking me to send through my debit order switching forms (I only have one debit order) within 10 days. The other asking me to send original proof of resedince and ID copy through to enable them to dispatch my device. I also received a call from them yesterday, I then told them that I already submitted all required documents as I have an account with them after a long and unnecessary phone call they said that they will phone me back in the next 2 days for confirmation, only then they will dispatch my device... I AM STILL WAITING ON MY CONFIRMATION. No one has phoned me for confirmation, and i don't know how to follow up on any of these things. I have phoned them numerous times with no prevail.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL MY WHAT IS GOING ON, AND WHEN THEY WILL CONTACT ME? It would be greatly appreciated.
