Appalling service from 24 Hour Mobility Insurance

Its been two weeks since my phone was and I still have not had approval on my claim from 24 Hour Mobility Insurance. When I signed a new contract with MTN and took cellphone insurance, this was who I was signed up with. A week after I filed my claim I was told to provide further documentation from MTN as to why they took so long to blacklist the phone in the first place. I have provided this documentation and am now sitting waiting for someone to get back to me on whether the phone is going to be replaced or not. Each time I call I sit for no less than 10 mins waiting for someone to answer, sometimes more. How can this possibly be the insurer MTN chooses? The service is appalling and the company appears to be incompetent. My business depends on my mobile phone, hence why my company insisted on insurance. I am considering a) taking this company to the insurance ombudsman, b) taking my business elsewhere, and c) making sure everyone I know does not make this mistake with this company.
