FNB can't find credit card

On the 6 of March, I contacted the credit card division of FNB to order a replacement card for my credit card, becasue my current credit card didn't work at some merchants. I was told per sms that the card would be available at the branch within 48hours. Yesterday, 12 March, I phoned the credit card division again to enquire about the delivery of my card, and they confirmed that the card was at the branch. Today, I went to the branch to fetch the card and was told that it has not arrived. The consultant at the bank then phoned the credit card division and was told that the card has been delivered to the branch on the 8th of March. The consultant searched for the card but it was not there. I explained that I was departing for the USA on the 15th of March, and that I need the credit card urgently. They then said that they could deliver one by courier, but it would cost R295.00 at my own cost. Nobody was able to verify the whereabouts of the card that I had ordered. I spent one and a half hours inside the branch trying to resolve this, but without success.
