Hi

on the 4th March, I called the FNB Customer line (087 575 0000), I needed to change my OTP messages setup, so I may receive them on my cellphone instead of my email.
I then discovered through the call agent that my cellphone number was incorrect on my banking details at the bank. My call was then trafered to an agent who would help correct my cellphone number. as the last digit of my cellphone number was incorrect. This was supposed to have been done, as I had made about four calls, trying to get this fixed. I also had to go through several security checks.

However, I logged into my online banking account this morning, a week later. only to find that I have a completely strange number receiving my OTP's.
This can expose my account to hacking and I am not a happy customer at the moment. as I am not able to make my transactions and have to now resort to cellphone banking.
I would appreciate good assistance regarding this issue.
