I have been banking with capitec for more than 3 Years, for the past 2 years i have had the multi loan and had no problems with it always paid on time and the money would always be available, this month however i have made the payment and it did not update. When i noticed this i called the call centre and all that they could tell me is that it is computer generated and that i should wait for it to update, fine i have waited two weeks now and when it updated it reflected that i still owe the full balance and only a small portion of my monthly loan is available also they is no repayment date. I once again called the call centre and was explained that they two do not understand how it works and that i should wait for it to update.. Does any body at Capitec understand this... Let me explain Capitec puts in bold that they can not loan out more than R4000.00 on a monthly basis because of some act, however in my case they would be bridging that because if i were to take that available amount and the outstanding amount it would exceed R4000.00. i applied for the multi loan because it helps when one is in need, but with the system being ran this way i would rather cancel. pls respnd urgen
