HI my name is Thandi Sithole, i went to withdraw a money on the 06/03/2013.Im using Capitec bank and there was no money at capitec atm and i went to withdraw at Standard bank atm, and the machine swallowed my card and after few minutes the money was withdrawn from my account. When i confont the bank they said they cant refund me back my money because i was not using their atm.
Can you please assist me with this matter as i am very angry because i trusted the Capitec with my money but it seems they were not serious.
