Good day Peter, i have repoterd an accident that happened on 1st March with my insura First for women, all went smoothly until today when i am on taking the car for repairs tomorrow. I was bumoed at the back on the rainy morning on the 1st of March and as a result of the rear bumper bang my front bumper was dented as well, i tried to move to the side of the road to inspect what is happening as i was driving on the right lane. the road was uneven and had to quickly indicate to the left to move away from the main road as traffic was a mess due to the rain. I have put in a claim and noe First for women said they will not be paying for the from bumper. This is unfair. I would not have demaged my front bumper if it was not due to the accident. I have not had a claim with this company for 25years and 1st time I am claiming and getting bad service. I do not appriciate this as they only think of themself and not me as a premuim payer.
