I am working in Mongolia wife and kids at home alone in Rustenburg (South Africa), paying insurance every month on time. There was a break in while family at home. First assessor to busy to come to house, second assessor take week to conpile report, after calles to our consultant and call to manager still another week before any response. Not accetable why pay for insurance if they dont assist with sorting out claim. Absolutely no service delivery, I am changing my insurance not like the $4000 goods cant be replaced by 4 days wages. Bigest problem with companies like Santam they think we need them we dont there is always some other company better that will assist.
