I have called miway Consultant, Ntokozo, who referred me to Azier earlier in the morning today regarding the cancellation of the insurance policy for my old Car, after Miway has failed to give me the reasonable quote on friday for my New Car which prompted me to look for alternative insurance company.
So I spoke to Azier regarding the way I was treated on friday by the other consultant representing Miway, and I must say she convinced me not to cancel the policy in total, rather keep the insurance for my housing contents insured by miway since I have been with them for almost three years now.
So I have decided to keep my housing contents insured with miway for now, all because of Azier. Azier you were so professional in the way you spoke to me and the handling of the matter at hand.
