I don't think beep bank would do this

At the end of December 2012 I opened an FNB account.

The advertisements goes on about how easy it is to switch your debit orders and how quick it is. I have filled out my debit order switching forms and mailed it through twice over the last 2 months.

I've ordered an iPad which requires an existing debit order on my account as well and off-course this isn't happening, because I'm still waiting for debit orders to be switched over.

FNB, please give me feedback or some kind of indication of what is going on with what is advertised to be an easy and quick procedure.
