Notified Tax Relax to cancel my contract but they refuse. According to them I may only cancel by giveing 90 days written notice prior to the expiration of the original contract. When I asked to see the coontract I signed, I was sent a one page signed document and a seperate Client Terms and Conditions not signed or initialled by me at all and with no date! Again I requested cancellation as this is not a legal document, only to receive the following answer "if you wish to pursue the legal route mam please go ahead im merely an employee for Tax Relax I don't make the rules. " When asked for the contact number of a senior with whom I could discuss this, I received the following reply "Mam you signed up in 2007 do you still remember every single thing the consultant explained to you on that specific day 6 years ago. We here in the accounts department deal with these cases mam there is no one else that can help." REALLY! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL
