FNB debits money, month earlier, without permission

An FNB cancer cover consultant phoned me end January 2013/ beginning of February 2013 and advised me on this new cancer cover they have. She told me that there are 3 options and after she explained everything, I told her that I have to look at my budget before I can decide. She was very persistent and asked me to choose one of the options so she can get everything up and running for me. I then chose option C, which was the cheapest and I asked her to start this cover and debit order after 25 March 2013, because that's after my payday and I wanted to have a look at the documents she promised to send me and then make my final decision. I didn't even receive an email from them with any of the cancer cover info whatsoever. They started the debit order of R 90 on 26 February 2013.I phoned FNB to reverse the debit order and cancel the cover completely, because they didn't go forth with everything as discussed. The consultant told me that I have to go to the nearest FNB branch, because he can't help me. I went to FNB Kolonnade and they dialed the number of the cancer cover company and the consultant from the cancer cover told me that they can't reverse the money and that this was not their fault.
