Wesbank still billing and opening accounts

Hi,

I trarded in my vehicle with GM delta as deposit on the new vehicle, finance was done via wesbank. I was told that the previous vehicle need to be in the garage as to settle the outstanding amount with wesbank, and the remainder used as a deposit. This I did, and I was told in writing that the new vehicle will not be released without prior settlement. This all being done, I collected my new vehicle. Being assured the settlement has been done, that I even over paid wesbank by almost 12 000. After 5 months I suddenly get an email from wesbank stating that there is still an amount of 50 000 outstanding on my previous vehicle!!! And im now liable for this? This is nothing less than and incompetence, as both vehicles were financed through wesbank!
