Ebucks
NO EARNING FOR E-BUCKS

Hi,

I never received E-bucks for earnings for January And February 2013, when i contacted and E-mail the E-bucks Call centre and customer care they said I will receive my E-bucks for January and the end of February, However when I checked my statement no E-bucks was awarded for January and February.

Can you please advise why no E-bucks was awarded for January and February 2013
