Incompetent - cannot cancel sanlam reality

I've phoned probably about 3 months ago already and asked to please cancel my Sanlam Reality membership.

I didn't know that I was paying this in the first place - I remember when asked if I'm interested a few years ago I declined on the phone. I only realised I've been paying for this for a few YEARS already because I've cancelled my sanlam life cover and then saw the sanlam debit order still going off every month.

I phoned AGAIN last month after it was not cancelled and they gave my ref nr: 5981995 and said there's waiting period when cancellling but this was the last payment that would go off and they can see that it's been cancelled. And AGAIN this month a payment was subtracted from my account AGAIN!!!

This is unacceptable- I've been paying for a service I never agreed to in the first place!! And not that I'm trying to cancel this I can't manage to cancel this service. I feel I need to be refunded for the past few years that I've been paying for something I never agreed to in the first place!!!
