Bought a vehicle in good faith still having a job. Took out a policy for retrenchment/Redundancy and it was not "loaded" on the system (All included in the repayment) Never have received any accounts till date. When I was retrenched I was told I have no policy and then suddenly I was! On the date I started querying! I have been requestin copies of the original signed papers for almost 2years and still have not received any! Who is responsible???
