Misinformation and misleading

On the 03122012 A UTI driver bumped my car and drove drove. Hit and Run. After dealing with UTI i was given the details for their insurance company. Zodwa is the consultant i have been dealing with.
I always have to call Zodwa to find out what the updates are. On the week before the 25th of february i telephoned Zodwa and she confirmed that everything was finalised and she was just awaiting the Section B access to be paid and i would be paid out my money. this shouldnt take more than a week.
On the 25th of February I sent zodwa an email and she confirmed that she was still awaiting the section B access to be paid by UTI.
on the 27th of February she sends me an email that states that the UTI deny that there was ever an accident and requires a witness statement.
I sent an email to Chantal Balla who never bothered to respond to my email which i complained about Zodwa misleading me.
I am not sure what type of chop shop you are running there but if you confirm to a client that all is well and then you do a 360 degree turn to go back to the beginning and start following up on the steps that you should have followed from the beginning.
You confirmed twice Zodwa zwane. i want my money.
