I upgraded my account arount October last year but have not received my new card as yet.

I visited the Centurion branch in October last year and they advised me that a card was not requested. I then called the card division from the branch and requested a new card. A month later I went to the branch and they advised me that a card has still not been requested. I was given the details of Prestige banking. I sent them an e-mail on the 02/11/2012 but I still did not receive a response. I once again sent an e-mail to them on the 14/02/2013 but still no response.

I have upgraded my account expecting a more efficient service. I am dissapointed with the service provided and am currently looking at changing my bank. Further to this I have not been appointed a personal banker. I would definately not recommend Standard Bank.
