Relevant documents emailed to broker as requested as well as SAPS motor vehicle accident number.
Requested our rental vehicle also covered by our policy - no feedback.
When we querry at our broker, he refers me to the assessor/SAPS.
According to the broker there's always something outstanding and sent us back to the SAPS for the neccessary documentation.
SAPS said that the insurance company/assessor must request the report.
