PLEASE HELP

Good day. I had an arrangement with Standard Bank homeloans to Pay R3651.33 from September 2012 which I paid more than the required amount. In December 2012 I could only pay R3000 as I am a contract worker an get paid the amount of hours I work per month. Then I got I call in January 2013 to pay arrears of R1600, I told the bank official that called me I have an arrangement with the bank I will not be able to pay the R1600 but will pay more at the end of the month to cover the arrears, he said no I need to pay the arrears. I paid R4000 in Jan & Feb 2013.Then I get a sms to call monday to call 0861001868 their system was offline & I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to speak to someone, the officail said she will call me back once the system is online nobody called me. I then got another sms on wednesday to call 0860103869, when I called they said I must call 0214414129 spoke to Sinqopile Nhlangule she said if I don't pay R95000 my house will go on auction in May 7 2013. Please can I have one last chance to save the house of my dreams, the poeple that call from the bank has no human touch or if the bank said pay the arrears over 4 months an extra R400 I could've made a plan, HELP ME...
