Incompetence with a ref numbe

So SBK decided that for staff who work in CIB their homeloans are to be moved to the retail department. this process for me was done on the 05 Dec 2012. they have since retrenched all the homeloans staff in CIB and now they dont know how to get access to information needed by clients.
I have been trying for week to get six months statements from SBK and call them on 0860 123 001 and have spoken to numourous agents all who give me a reference number and tell me they have escalated it. their escalated department send me an e-mail with my statement from 5 Dec since the bond was moved. Now i have spoken to team leaders and still no joy.
How can you not be able to provide someone with a statement for six months. The best part is need this statement to view if the bond was moved across correctly as i fee the amount owing is inflated.

and yes this is how staff are treated - good luck customers
