On Friday the 1 March 2013 I did an Internet application and a lady from African Bank Head office phoned me and did a assessment over the phone I was pre-approved for a loan and a credit card, the next morning on Saturday the 2 March 2013 I went to my nearest branch and the loan and credit card for a second time was approved and I signed my terms and conditions and got my credit card which I also signed for, the only thing was that African Bank would have phoned for a prove of employment that would have not been a problem been with my company for almost 5 years, so Monday I phoned in and the lady who answered said that my loan and credit card limit was rejected by head office, so I spoke to the agent who helped me and said that they do not want to tel me it was rejected at head office after I got approval and signed all documents, I do have copies of the contracts and still have the credit card. This is not how a bank institution is suppose to work, the sub branch people really was very friendly and helpfull. I want my loan and credit on credit card to be paid out
