We paid more than our instalment for a long time, this caused that there was a credit or R2368.09 on our account, jan we decided that we are not making a payment, and that the credit should be deducted, and then there should still be credit available, but when we recevied our statement it shows that there is a new loan amount added, included is the interest and now suddenly our account is higher again, because u took the entire credit and added to the account, not deducted it, how does that work?
I really feel that the account should be corrected, as this is just not fair, a credit cannot be added to the loan amount, it should be DEDUCTED!
