i was robbed at the ATM, i went to the ATM to withdraw some money, inserted my bank card did not give me instruction to pin my pin code, i waited there them deceded to take my card out but did nt come out. i tried calling FNB cause i was using FNB atm since capitec dont hv many atm's. fbn said i must call capitc directly. i called them i asked them to close my card. then i received three sms';s the shows that someone is withdrawing money from New Germany, someone from capitec said i must go to my nearest police station and do a statement, and call them back with a case number. i went to police station they told me to go to capitec do bank statement could nt do that cause it was Sunday, i went to Capitec they gave me bank statement and went to police station to do statement and get the case number. they called me and my phone was not working, i called they told me my case was denied because when this people withdrowing the money they used my pin code. my issue with them is that thiefts can withdraw money without using someones bank card what cn prevent that 2 use my pin code and they did not even consult with the police to check the vidoe where they withdraw my money
