Why do ou have online banking

I needed to make an urgent payment and decided i will make a once of payment with my ABSA credit card. Logged in and i couldnt make a payment because this person was not a beneficiary..Tried to add this person as a beneficiary but it said i need to go to the branch to increase my limit..Now lets think about it online banking is suppose to be convenient and a way for people to do transactions without going to a bank.. I dont have time to go to the bank thats why i registered.. Adding a beneficiary needs me to go to a bank, adding a beneficiary (are you serious??)..Even making a once of payment shouldnt be an issue.. I should be able to also increase my limit online.. Why would i register for online banking just to check my balance..Your customer help line is useless they also tell me to go to a branch.. I have to actually drive to sandton during my lunch break just to add a beneficiary (imagine).. You guys need to wake up, your competitors are killing you when it comes to technology..
