"Annual" Increase

I recently purchased a new vehicle in February 2013. I took out insurance with dial direct on this at the end of February 2013 and have paid ones months premium at the end of Feb 2013.

To my disgust i received a letter for an "Annual Increase" effective from 1 April 2013.

I have not even had insurance on this vehicle with dial direct for a month and they have already given me an annual increase?? When i called to dispute this the lady informed me that it doesn't make any difference if i have had the vehicle insured for one day or 12 months..the annual increase happens in March every year regardless and there's nothing they can do about it.

I am absolutely disgusted at this and at the utter lack of respect and extremely bad attitude towards my call regarding this issue.

I am currently shopping for new insurance cover.
