I recently received a quote from Outsurance and after being blown away by the quoted premium I searched for better options. I had found a better option with an affordable premium with the same excess as Outsurance so I went with that option over Outsurance. I then learnt of the R400 cash back promo and decided to take Outsurance up on their word... I sent an email to [Email Removed] with the quote and my current insurer's schedule and have received absolutely no reply. Not impressed!
Please advise as to who I should contact for this matter.
