I have a credit card from standard bank as well as a cheque account. In 2008 i changed branches in my company the one branch with high sales closed. So they moved me to a branch with no commision. I felt behind and so standardbank handed me over to laywers. I made payment arrangements with them. Every desember and january i cant pay as for my husband only receive a 2 week salary in december. My complaint comes as that i arrange with the laywers. That i will pay them on 26 Th feb 2013 the amount of 150. Standard bank just went and took the whole amount of R900 and some few rands. Without my consent. Without that i gave them the auth to do it. They did not even call me to tell me. You know n person budget. I know that they dont have any right to just go in my check account and take money as they feel. And when you call them they say call the laywers and the laywers says again call the bank. As for we did make an 100 arrangement wit t hen. Just show you how you bank take monies with out your consent. I see this as thefth.
