PUT MY LIFE ON HOLD WAITING FOR MONTHLY UPDATES

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED FROM NEDBANK CREDIT CARD CALL CENTRE. I HAVE MADE TWO PAYMENTS RECENTLY ON THE 28 FEB 2013 FOR R2000 AND ON THE 01 MARCH FOR R12500, YESTERDAY I PHONED TO REQUEST THAT MY CREDIT LIMIT BE DECREASED TO R5900 THERE AFTER I REQUESTED A RECENT STATEMENT SHOWING THE LAST TWO PAYMENTS MADE AND THE NEW BALANCE ONLY TO BE PROVIDED WITH AN OLD STATEMENT SHOWING AN OLD BALANCE AND TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WILL WAIT FOR MY STATEMENT TO CLOSE LATE DURING THE MONTH.
I ALSO REQUESTED AN URGENT ITC (CREDIT BUREAU UPDATE) UPDATE AS I WANT TO APPLY FOR A VEHICLE FINANCE WITH ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BUT WAS TOLD THAT I MUST WAIT FOR MONTHLY ITC UPDATE WHICH I FIND VERY INCONVENIENT TO ME.

MY REQUEST IS SIMPLE, NEDBANK, PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH AN UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT SHOWING THE LAST TRANSACTIONS PERFORMED ON MY ACCOUNT AND PLEASE UPDATE MY ITC PROFILE ON TRANSUNION AND EXPERIAN.
