UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I ordered an Ipad via the fnb website more than 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a phone call regarding this. I have an FNB cheque account and followed the online application procedure for the option FNB offers for an iPad. I am quite disappointed and irritated that I have not yet even received a call about the iPad when this is something that is advertised to customers. I tried to call the fnb call centre and sat on the phone for about 15 minutes and no one answered the call because the 'call volume was so high' and I was wasting my airtime. I tried again the following day and my call was dropped. I only got a system generated response to my complaint to the FNB complaints email. It has been 24 hours since I received the email. FNB advertises this option all over the radio but they are unable to deliver.
