Not Pleased at all as a Nedbank client

I took out a loan R10000 with nedbank last year and i have been paying them well and I only skiped on payment with them in Jan 2013, and we made an arrangement with the consultant for me to pay that one month installment i skiped in 3 month so in Feb 2013 they were suppose to debit the full installment and the amount we made an arrangement for, but they debited my account 3 times, 2 full instalment and the amount we made an arrangement for, when I ask they they telling about the system error and their consultants are giving me attitude and not apologising for this, my money was refunded last week after i phoned them a 100 times, now whn I am asking about my settlement amount it is 9346, i dont understand as to why the balance is not going down as i believe this amount is to much for someone who has been paying from May 2013. I cant even call because i spend a lot of time on holding for abt 20mins then their consultants will give an attitude. NOT HAPPY WITH NEDBANK AT ALL!!
