I went to Shoprite on the 20th February, the speed point I was going to pay at wasnt working and I was asked to go to the next speed point. I was going to have R200 cashback and my groceries added up to R200. I was charged R38, I dont know for what and I have called nemerous times and noone could give me an answer. I mean R38 for something I dont know even withdrawing from other banks dont go to this amount. I need this R38 to be reversed asap.
