Un authorised debit orders

My bank has notified me that on the 20 Feb Babereki debited R90 and again on the 25 Feb. I've never got paid on either of these dates. From being a weekly payer till May 2012 I had advised the staff i dont get paid weekly.debit on the 2nd monthly
Not once your company have debited on the date given. Guess who has to pay bank charges for unsuccessful debit orders ME not Babereki. What ever money is on my bank account is mine. I mean like I had to go borrow money in order to travel to work this week. What really irritates me is that I've never gave an order for you guys to debit on these dates and I've also paid the full amount I was given. i again have to phone to find out why my refund is taking too long as I communicated on the 25 February 2013 only today Im told that the money was transferd today. I mean what pathetic service this is.
