How is it possible that calls at attorneys are not recorded where debt collection is concerned or is it just certain places. Your staff should be told that when dealing with someone else's client, not to deal with them or say anything because 2 different people gave me 2 different amounts as an outstanding balance. Lebo confirmed with finance and confirmed it over the telephone because i wrote the amount down and asked her if it could be sent in writing and she said she will get her manager to send it thru, conveniently today Lebo is not available because the amounts are conflicting, according to John Macwili she isn't in, then he turns around and says Lebo doesnt want to speak to me then to make matters worse the lady at switchboard confirms that Lebo is in when asked to speak to someone superior she ends the call. So what now or is John making an out of me or himself. Is this how business is done at Smith-Smith Attorneys, with staff that to clients, receptionists that end calls in clients ears.
