REFUSAL TO PAY OUT MY CLAIM

I HAD A BLACKBERRY 9300 INSURED WITH EDGARS CELLPHONE INSURANCE BUT ADMINISTERED BY FINRITE INSURANCE ADMINISTRATORS FOR LOSS, AND DAMAGES. WHEN I LOST MY PHONE, I CONTACTED MY CELLPHONE PROVIDER TO BLOCK THE NUMBER, I THEN WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO GET A CASE NUMBER AND ODB NUMBER, I ALSO MADE AN AFFIDAVIT TO STATE I LOST MY PHONE. I WENT TO EDGARS SANDTON CELLPHONE COUNTER TO FILL OUT MY CLAIM FORM OF WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME AFTER A DAY OR 2 OF WHICH THAT DID NOT HAPPEN UNTIL I HAD TO GO BACK TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES, THEY TOLD ME MY CLAIM WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND ON THE 4TH OF MARCH I WAS PUT THROUGH TO TALK TO LESEDI MOTSHELE FROM FINRITE INSURANCE WHO TWISTED MY STORY, HE TOLD ME TO WAIT HE THEN TOLD ME THAT MY CLAIM WAS DECLINED. LESEDI SAID THAT IT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE I LEFT MY PHONE UNATTENDED TO. THE REASON I INSURED MY PHONE FOR LOSS WAS BECAUSE THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT I MIGHT LOSE MY PHONE UNKNOWINGLY. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS INSURANCE FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND THIS WAS MY FIRST CLAIM. I AM INFURIATED AND DISAPPOINTED BY WHAT HAPPENED AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO INSURE THEIR CELLPHONES WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
