There is a company called RELOAD that debits my account every day. They make about two or three debits a day. The amounts debited range from R99 to 299. On the 15th of this February they debited a total of R1200 from my account. I then called FNB Premier Banking and asked them to stop RELOAD from debiting my account, yet the debits continue. My only recourse is the stop debit option and reversal of funds. The problem is that I pay R10 with every reversal. At the rate this RELOAD people are debiting my account, I have by now paid about R120 to FNB for the debits I have stopped. I don't understand why they aren't able to stop RELOAD from debiting my account altogether. I trust the bank to safeguard my money; yet they are not helping me to stop these people who are syphoning my hard-earned money out of my account.
