I am very disspointed with the speed of the service and lack of feedback. My claim was put through last week, I did relay the urgency to the agent. They were very understanding. However I have had no reponsed thus far. I had to send in photos for an assessment. They were not able to do a proper assessment so they asked me to to go the panel beater and get the quote and assessment sent. They did that after 4 on Friday the 1st. I expected to get feedback yesterday which was the 4th. No one called so I called in. I called 5 times. I have had no conclusive feeback. My issue is that I pay premiums on time and I dont expect to wait when getting service. I have asked them to mark it as urgent as I dont have a car and I am leaving to overseas. I never had an issue claiming before. Infact the service was excellent the last time around. However this time I am not pleased.
