Last year I complaint about my premium being to high and was on the Virge to cancel my Inc with Alexander but Erika asked if they can better my premium so they did this Month of March my Premium went up with R200.00 Erika says that it is because it our policy B-day Wooppy so i must pay more Because it my Policy's B-day plus April this year my Policy is going up with another R332 . So I phoned Erika to tell her i'm now done with Alexanderforbes and all she can say too me its fine just send a email saying that I'm cancelling, very nice service not even trying to keep me as a loyal client like i've been for the last 2 years
