My car was parked in front of my house and my neighbor bumped into it. We (she) submitted a claim with her insurance which is Auto & general and now, fourteen days later, stil no response from them, only automated e-mails! We gave all the information they requested, but still my car does not get fixed! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM AUTO & GENERAL!!! I am now not able to contact them via e-mail because " mailbox is full!!! " Seems like many people are trying to get Auto & General to respond to claims!!!
