I have a loan account and a Savings account with you guys. my loan account is meant to go off the 27th as this is my salary date - for the last 4 months you guys have been attempting to deduct my money on the 25th resulting in my incurring additional costs for unpaid debit order. Its been costing me R100 every month
Now this month my mother deposted R1100 into my CAPITEC savings account. My agreement with CAPITEC is that you deduct my loan installments form my FNB account NOT CAPITEC SAVINGS. you guys took this money from my Savings of R1091, yet my installment is R2150. I called in to query this and you have reversed R1060!!! Please where is the rest of my money??? This is unfair. My loan account getsdebited from my FNB NOT CAPITEC. You take money off my Savings capited but you do not even return the full amount you took without my consent!! I need this rectified ASAP
