Struggle to get bank cards on business account

I have been trying since early December 2012 to get our bank cards delivered, I have made 4 calls to the call centre and they all say they will find out from the courier company why the cards are not delivered, but we are in the middle of January and still no cards.

Will it be possible to at least get me an answer on when I can expect the cards!!!
